Nicole Zaitoon
Secretary

Nicole Zaitoon was appointed to the Board in October 2020. She is the founder and President of Mansfield-based Allied Property Management and Allied HOA Management. Her real estate career began with the purchase of an apartment complex that was underperforming and needed a significant amount of repairs. Since then, Nicole has invested in numerous apartment complexes and created a company to support both her real estate, and the third-party management of others apartment complexes. Nicole’s businesses operate in both Texas and Oklahoma. She also oversees a local homeowner association management company.

 

Nicole has a Bachelor of Science from Trinity University with a double major in finance and history. She is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and Oklahoma, holds various industry designations and is active in the local apartment association. Nicole has lived in Mansfield since 2008 with her Mansfield-raised husband, Brett, and their 3 children.

William Vivoni
Vice President

William “Will” Vivoni was appointed to the board in October 2019.  Will is currently a Management and Program Analyst with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  Additionally, Will is an Adjunct Professor at Ana G. Mendez University, Dallas Campus where he teaches business administration classes at both undergraduate and graduate level.

Will brings with him a wealth of experience in financial management, budget execution, and policy development.  He is a retired U.S. Air Force Officer having attained the rank of Major.  While in the Air Force, he served in a variety of positions including Squadron Commander leading over 150 personnel, a Comptroller, an International Affairs Officer, a Staff Officer at HQ Air Force Budget Office at the Pentagon, and a general’s executive officer/aide-de-camp.  During his Air Force career, he served overseas in two separate deployments, a seven-month tour to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in 2003 and a year-long tour to Afghanistan in 2011 where he earned a Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service supporting combat operations.   During his military career he earned a Bronze Star Medal, two Meritorious Service Medals, three Joint Service Commendation Medals, and an Air Force Commendation Medal, along with numerous other awards and decorations.

He graduated with a bachelor’s in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, a Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University, and a Master’s in Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Command and Staff College.

He has lived in Mansfield with his wife and three children since 2014.
