Entertainment Destination
Staybolt Street is the new 100-acre sports and entertainment district under development in Mansfield and is projected to bring in new jobs, tourism, and increased sales tax revenue when completed in 2026.
Considered a landmark moment for our City, the centerpiece of the Staybolt Street project is a 166,000-square-foot multisport stadium seating approximately 7,000 and hosting youth and elite athletics, concerts, and events. The venue will be owned by the city of Mansfield, however, REV Entertainment and FC Dallas (the Major League Soccer team) will manage operations and develop programming throughout the year.
Another exciting development in the district is the planned multi-story High 5 Entertainment center featuring family-friendly activities ranging from bowling and laser tag to full-service restaurants and a rooftop concert space.
We are also proud that the name, Staybolt Street, honors the spirit that unites our community and our history. When Julian Field and Ralph Man built the first steam-powered mill in Mansfield in 1860, the most vital component of the mill was a small “staybolt” that kept the mill’s energy grounded and cohesive.
